Thy shall cook to chill
i think m high on santan & sugar this cloudy sunday. but.. but.. its was a hell of a good high. the bubur sum sum was a success.. or as the indons would say sukses!! hehehe! it looks pretty doubtful, i know.. the one i ate in padang was soo fluffy. mine is oklah.. and the oil from the santan wass breaking out.. realy no good when m trying to control my parent's cholesterol. teehee. but.. but.. it tastes yummy. slurpppps! the earlier recipe that i posted was about dividing the santan to 1/2 and cooking it separately, then mixing &cooking it together. i think its quiet tedious. ive updated the entry w/ another easier recipe. same ingredient, simplified technique (cant help it, bankers r all about summarizing & simplifying)
