1. From KL
Take the Bidor exit of the north south highway (duhh) and follow the signage to Damai Laut Golf & Spa Country Resort (Swiss Garden). trust me. you will never go wrong. it will take about 1 1/2 hours from the exit to reach Lumut (bat mobile standard .. 80 to 90 km/h.. banyak speed trap.. no speeding peeps).
yes, at certain points you may think you have taken the wrong route (read : hutan, estate, tiba2 sawah padi). Trust me.. just by following the damai laut signboard.. will get you to Lumut hassle free *grin*
Start following the Lumut signboards once you have passed a huge bridge after Teluk Intan. From thereon, to the mushroom pad, the signage would be to Manjung / Lumut.
2. From North
From the highway, take the Changkat Jering exit. Also, to follow the Damai Laut Golf & Spa Country Resort (Swiss Garden) signboards. Once you have passed the little town of Pantai Remis, start following the signage to Manjung / Lumut.
senang kan? hee. i know SOME peeps is ready to strangle me at this point. but you love me righttt?? u know u loveeee me... u know u loveeeee me...
hahahaha!

hi...well, u dont know me as i dont know you ^_^
get to ur blog by google when i was searching "How to get to lumut".
maybe u can give me some advice, how can i get there from KLIA?can i go there by taxi, how much the cost?or is it too far to get there by taxi?if i should get there by bus, then how...and what bus is?(the number)
cause i`m not malaysian and i`m planning to visit lumut..and i`m tottally blind about the transpotation.
anyway, thanks if you can help me..and even if u cant help me :)
....or how to get to lumut by bus from singapore???
1. to get here by taxi.. hmm.. it could be pricy. by any chance.. don't take the cab from klia. its a huge rip off. take the erl to head to kl central instead & start from there.
2. taking the bus is always a good option. there are many buses that leaves for Lumut from Puduraya. currently it is about RM25, and will take 4 hours (yes, its longer on bus rides).
3. from s'pore.. u can either fly in to kl.. and take the above mode of transportation.. or.. m not sure if there's a bus that goes from s'pore to lumut. because, ironically, there's a bus that goes directly from Lumut to S'pore. It's a 9 hour (been there, done that LOL) ride.. and would cost about RM50 (one way).
u can always email me.. cos it can get lengthy..hehe!
